This means if you are not 100% happy with your product for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or reprint product – whichever is appropriate.

The procedure for processing an Exchange or Return of goods can be carried out online using the Exchange / Return form on our website.


After reviewing your request, a new product will be sent to your address.


Refunds will be made to the account from which you paid.
In the case of PayPal the money will be returned to your PayPal account.
In the case of Credit Card, Google Pay or Apple Pay the money will be returned to your bank account.

Faulty or defective goods

If your order has arrived damaged or you believe there is a problem with the quality, you can return it to us free of charge.
What do we mean by faulty or defective goods?

Faulty or defective may refer to:
  • A mark, damaged or dent
  • Cases in an incorrect order.
  • Blank cases
  • Blurry images when you believe they should have a high resolution.
  • A paint has peeled off the cases

In order to resolve this, we will need you to send photos of the product to ensure the damage or quality issue can be checked.
